Is it why BU is so violently manipulated on the downside by robot computing patern, the use of  other stock exchanges to hide real volume, etc.
Each dollar represent 100M$ saving.
Maybe this stock worth already 20.22 $  anticipating one or more joint ventures with major, improving production at Merit.
