Hcg, I believe you are on the right track.  But many on this board are still not willing to imagine anything but an optimistic scenario.  As if indebted, penny stock companies with failed projects never go bankrupt.

My own 'feeling' is that the partner/opponent wants SNV out of the way, and they are in a very strong position to get what they want.  The scanty information provided by management does nothing to convince me otherwise.  It doesn't even convince me that management is on the side of the shareholders.  Anything is possible in a corrupt industry with very high stakes.
