Well one has to wonder why they kept these folks on their payroll, in July 2021 they did mention they had hired an agency to assist them with finding a partner in NASH so I doubt they are pretending or not trying!

They have not changed their mind regarding finding partners as in every single CC since the first announcement the partnership in NASH has been mentioned. And in my opinion if you one is suffering from NASH they are not going to worry about taking pills or using a subcutaneous device such as the pen injector, as NASH is a heterogeneous condition most likely it needs to be approached by a combo treatment. As for converting injections to pills and bypassing the breakdown of the medication never say never…
