shareholders can also be included as a creditor just saying and their debt isn't so onerous that there would be nothing left at the end but we shall see how this plays out not looking good for common shareholders though.
Just ask yourself....does the current management team and BOD strike you as a group that are going to fight to preserve value in the common shares? Not to me. Like not at all. I'm guessing every route to come out on the other side of this even remotely intact in their minds starts with wiping out those 'pesky' shareholders..
this mess is at least 90% Kurt's doing, I don't like this mgmt (heck one is from bomber, lol)but they inherited one heck of a puzzle from Kurt. supply chain inflation higher rates etc etc were not the fault of this mgt or anyone in mgmt. they would've needed probably at least another year to turn this pig around if , and that's if they could possibly do it, you should've know it was a mess (as they sure did) when Kurt's exit and removal from the bod was expediated. I don't want come across as a defender of this mgmt team but as far as where they are today give credit to where it is mostly due and that is with Kurt and former mgmt. after that massive financing (150m + can't remeMber the #) when the stock was quite high , kurt couldn't spend the loot fast enough nor buy enough subsiduaries (I think around 20 now, not all bought but most of em were)) lol.
gann " shareholder can be a creditor" lmao, I think in this case maybe they might get some of the goodwill, lol, lol, lol!, or possibly get a few pennies out of jolining a class action lawsuit.
I hope over the past year or so I managed to save a few people a some loot by either not buying xbc , buying less than they were going to , cutting down too big a position or just deciding to move on. those very few of us that could see what was happening here and conveyed it on here were not very popular for a very very long, probably still aren't. I'm rarely popular on any bb's lol as even if I like the stock and own a lot I always focus at least some posts on the negatives and what if's etc and I always want to hear others views + or - regarless whether I agree or not, quite often you pick up some info you weren't aware of..
as 1 (in his own mind) famous ex broker (aka tt the titanic pofs) once posted , never fall in love with a stock, lmfao, so what does he do. maybe pofs will come clean and tell the board how many aliases he has or had on here pumping xbc.
cheers ferret
