Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Anti-Cancer Therapy division develops patented, and patent pending drugs, called Photo Dynamic Compounds (PDCs) and activates them with patent pending laser technology to destroy specifically targeted cancers, bacteria and viruses. The CLT division is responsible for the Company’s medical laser business. The Cool Laser Therapy division designs, develops, manufactures and markets super-pulsed laser technology indicated for the healing of chronic knee pain. The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

I do believe that there is an extremely good chance of that happening and that would give them enough cash for a good while (2 years if all 50 cent and the new 35 cent warrants are excercised) without having to do another PP. iMHO

What I found curious was mentioned only the October 3rd $ 0.50 warrants to be extended by an additional year. Also coming into experation are 4,095,157 at a price of $0.50 on January 9, 2023.
Would this suggest that the December update will clearly put us well above the exercise price so that the company will receive that additional funding from both January 9th and October 3rd in 2023 and not require tapping into a financial raise until a much higher dollar value is reached.
