I don't believe there are any buyers lined up till concrete numbers are known. Board of directors or banks did approve big money  transactions because some  guy says we got lots of salt, honest as he may be.  Also after all the promotion has come to naught; just playing into the hands of the shorters and manipulators, I think the company will want to stick with just important news.Just as well.

...You can't be serious in thinking "ANY SERIOUS BUYER" would come to the table without knowing the costs do you lmfao???  Come on... "Any serious buyer" already knows the business, the potential of the business long before they ever approach the bargaining table...so who do you think "the serious party" is pray tell?  Walmart?!  If we as investors who have scoured for information and researched the company thoroughly and decided to invest have it figured out, how much more will the "serious party" have already done the research as well!  Ohhh my god....smh

You obviously don't know how business works. Of course any serious party would have done their own research and certainly would have signed an NDA for a look through the books first if they were interested but the FS takes months and is costing circa $3.5m. That's a whole different level than internal research.

No banker would lend money for a project without seeing a FS prepared by a reputable third party.

Now a buyer with cash may make a move prior to the FS in this case because of the simplicity of the project, but I doubt any predator board would support an offer of $10 whilst we are under $2.

First signs of any serious interest will be large volume and a spike in the share price. Until then we drift until the release of the FS, probably late December/January. In my experience FS's are always late.

It's time to believe in your research and just sit back and wait.
