The Miriam comprises five Prospecting License applications (P15/6135 to P15/6139 inclusive) and is located approximately 10 kilometers south-southwest of Coolgardie on an ultramafic trend, which hosts Auroch Minerals’ Miriam and Nepean Nickel Deposits.

RE:RE:Stink bid to generate interest.I first bought this stock back in 2006.
When they say "in the best interests of the company", it's hard not to laugh. The company is the shareholders, and yes this benefits RCF but it doesn't benefit the people who have funded this company to the tune of 100's of millions of dollars over the years. The local groups & RCF are laughing all the way to the bank. I understand how they get away with this, I don't understand how it's legal. I feel sorry for the long term investors who not only lost a lot of money, essentially keeping this company afloat, but spent many many hours pouring over all the details over the years. I guess if nothing else it was an education. 
Seems to me the company should have to announce that they're activley looking for a buyer and that may have drawn interest, instead of doing this behind closed doors deal.
