At least Ark is opening his eyes to some of the risks. Indeed, suppose SGE does go ahead and pump oil without SNV's input. Who will force SGE to start writing cheques to SNV, or even to recognize SNV's interest? The 'partner' has been toying with SNV for years, and SNV has been helpless to do anything about it. Does one news release, written by the weaker party, missing most of the key details, prove that the situation has reversed itself? No way. When business 'partners' screw each other, which happens all the time, one of the few options is to go to court. How likely is SNV to survive, and win, a multi-year court battle? In simple language, we've been screwed and are still screwed until PROVEN otherwise.
Btw the line about needing SNV's expertise is one of the most delusional in the history of this board. As if there is nobody else who knows how to pump oil.
But you can all continue to close your eyes and ears to any thought of risk, and just keep on believing "everything will be okay."
Some nice easy listening music to help with your pessimistic outlook.
