No way investors will finance this so the saving grace is it won't happen without massive government subsidy that absorbs all, or almost all, risk of this project. Maybe the second or third LNG plant on the east coast will be attractive as an investment without government. Hasn't anybody, like local yocals and Indians asked what hurricane Fiona could have done if that thing was already built? If that site wasn't dead centre of landfall, it was darn close.
