DC.PR.D

DC.PR.DThe series 3 pref is now yielding over 10% a year! (DC.PR.D)

The yield is based on 4.1% spread + the 3 month t-bill which is currenlty 3.55%. That's $1.91 per share / year. Unlike a company dividend they can't just stop paying this.

Given the company has a lot cash and no debt i see these at pretty save and are trading between $18-19 with a par value of $25 (i.e what Dundee would have to pay pref investors in a buyout or a negotiated price)

The yield will go up with every interest rate increase. Vere attractive in this crazy environment.
