Oooohhhh - thanks for clarifying! This company that has been completely halted and fined by Regulators, has been incapable of publishing its last two fiscal years' financials, and made a shareholder proposal to hide auditor comments must be a great buy then.

Oh, and they also shrunk their Board to three people:

Aurelio and his two buddies.

So yeah, the Board will DEFINITELY have shareholders' interests at heart....
