Company hasn't stopped operating, ZouZ, is operating 'under protection'.....anyway, money nearly out, solution required.....might close down, might sell pieces...raise funds and continue in smaller form, might raise funds diminish present shareholders piece to 5% or so and continue 'as is'.........might be bought out entirely by another better financed company paying all debtholders and always paying the bank but leaving nothing or near to nothing for equity holders................need to wait and see, anything can happen, even a financing that's leaves a  larger morsel on the table for present equity holders....who knows ????????????????????
