RE:RE:Delaware filing My understanding is the US operations were never fully integrated under the Canadian banner, thus the US ops registered in Delaware is simply also filling American version of CCAA proceedings. I think you may see the same for European ops. As for the Chinese ops??! Your guess is as good as mine. The legal fees for unraveling this puzzle are going to be costly. Peace
