RE:Crux InterviewThe smirk on Crux dudes face suggests he is not buying into Clarks story anymore.
Clark keeps suggesting raisng USD $325,000,000 is easy but at the same time indicates raising that kind of jingle without diluting the crapola out of investors is not so easy.
Clark has emphasized they must get the project to construction in order to gain 100% of the project and the language of the agreement says "Seventh instalment is payable 45 days after signing of Binding Project Finance documents" ... which would then close off the option agreement.
How easy is it to raise USD $325,000,000 without already having 100% ownership locked down? Seems like a catch 22 type of situation.
The stock isn't going anywhere until an actual economics study has been released which clearly defines the numbers for the potential starter pit and then broader to the entire deposit.
The cash on hand won't get you there as indicated by Cormark themselves.
Cormark has it at 116,000,000 shares coming down the pipe in Q4 and likely going to need some warrants attached ... and worst of all ... likely not done at CAD $0.65 like Cormark projects ... unless Clark can get the stock ripping up on this starter pit idea.
Going to be a tough go forrrr ... at the very least ... awhile.
