RE:RE:Delaware filing Company is going for interim financing and restructuring with the end goal of staying alive. If they can't get interim financing they will scale back operations or sell off parts of the business I think. If the company survives it should be more sustainable,  but that's a big if atm. Will know more with each passing week ideally
