Thanks for sharing this article 1BHforlife!
So a well-designed solar farm can withstand a very rough storm with only minor damages...

Hurricane risk is very real in Puerto Rico as we've seen hurricanes Irma and Maria destroy the power grid in recent years. This also caused delays at our Montalva project...

A Belgian shareholder send me this tweet last week as hurricane Fiona passed the Caribbean island and unfortunately devastated a local solar farm:

From GRBs 20-F form of May 17, 2022:

The Montalva Solar Project is located in an area having among the highest solar irradiance and annual solar insolation in Puerto Rico and is located in an area generally protected from hurricanes by the interior mountains and the counter clockwise rotation of hurricanes making Montalva a superior location for development.  It is likewise in a location of low annual cloud cover and rainfall.

I'm pretty sure Jeff won't save on steel racking costs when Greenbriar ultimately has the ambition to deliver 35 years of electricity to the troubled island.
