The Trust’s Canadian investments are made through a wholly owned Canadian corporation, Alaris Equity Partners Inc. and its American investments are made through two Delaware corporations, Alaris Equity Partners USA Inc., Salaris USA Royalty Inc., and their subsidiaries.

RE:RE:FNC Title Services paid outI think they look at the payout ratio on an ongoing basis to determine the distribution, not on one-time cash receipts like this. Their previous guidance was for a payout ratio of 60-65%, now in this press release they are saying 65-70%. This makes sense as FNC was about 4% of the portfolio. 

With a payout of 65-70%, they could increase the distribution significantly if they wanted to.
