Alternatively, there would be a partner with an expertise, SQM, but I think selling LPI would be the best option.

I suspect that deal with Mitsui is up in air, because Mitsui do not believe that LPI can deliver Li on timely and LPI do not want to tie itself with off take, because any ties will make sell more complicated.

I think the geography of potential buyer can be wider. European may learn the lesson with raw material supply relying on Russia. I do not think Tesla would step out, but I would not be surprised that conventional miners would.

In any case, I think BRZ/LPI are going to be a lot more active soon enough.
