The only way we reverse this is if a white knight comes with a better offer but it would have to be a blockbuster cuz RCL has voting control. Only option would be to get all 51.5% public float to vote no. Obviously that would bring on a multitude of other issues.but it may force RCL to offer a better price. Big ask of a vulture fund. We still need to try.
