RE:RE:PYROGENESIS CONFIRMS ADDITIONAL $682,000 PAYMENT UNDER $25M+I believe DI is owned by Peter's son.  Please correct me if I am wrong.

Also, Pyro had to setup DI because there were Canadian Government sanction againt Saudi Arabia.  Therefore, Pyro need to setup a company in USA to sell Dross to Saudi Arabia.  

Money will be paid from DI and it is basically same company with different name.  Accounting and tax reasons for delay I think.
