RE:RE:RE:Easy added to ignore bin..lashing..Whether or not the cut impacts anything is irrelevant.  We are in an energy starved environment and yet the price of energy is declining. The  1 million cut is a signal to the west that manipulating the price of a commodity is "verbotten". If this cut doesn't send the desired signal, then the meeting in Novemver will.
