News GSHR.v GSHRF announced today assay results from its initial scout drilling campaign testing at the North Coldstream copper mine at Moss Lake.
Results confirmed significant copper, cobalt, and gold mineralization hosted within a sheared volcanic massive sulphide deposit. Importantly the copper and cobalt results confirm that North Coldstream has critical mineral value and highlights multiple deposit styles in the district, which is a hallmark of important mineral districts worldwide.
Not surprising to get these results as North Coldstream was a past producing copper-gold mine, but the CEO mentioned that “the exciting story is the emergence and identification of cobalt in the historic mine” as the results could identify it as a critical mineral asset, which is key for the development of renewable energies, ev’s, and global decarbonization initiatives. Will be watching for updates.
