Buccface is quoting you some gibberish about "slander" - well, this isn't slander...it is "Libel" - on open written  messages placed into the public domain.  It was never a private conversation - its sole intent was to denigrate you to your peers.  So, it is not a case of "I said...he said" - about the spoken word...these are insinuations that anyone could read - and is dealt with quite differently legally.

If', as his lordship has bragged about so many times in the past months, he has a better understanding of things legal than most of us plebs...then he knows full well the difference between spoken and written...and this is yet another red herring!

1. That the words refer to the
plaintiff;
2. That the words have been published to a third party; and
3. That the words complained about are defamatory to the plaintiff.:

Defamation:

To prove prima facie defamation, a plaintiff must show four things:
1) a false statement puporting to be a fact

2) publication or communication of that statement to a third person;
3) fault amounting to at least negligence; and
4)
damages, or some harm caused to the reputation of the person or entity who is the subject ...

Slander point 1 and defamation point 4. Neither is met in the case of a person on the receiving end if that person is not a real person, aka is anonymous. Yoo hoo.

Now if Ike Belanski or braindead want to tell us their real names and addresses then I will call you both stupid dweebs in terms specific to the real you and not your screen name. Or worse. Then you can sue me for some keilbasa as compensation eh Ike Belanski.

You all owe me $50 for the lesson.

My previous post stands. As for slander liable or defamation the tests are for the most part the same and anons arent a problem.

As for nfg itself I havent said there was anything nefarious going on other than a whole lotta pumping baby. Lotsa bald faced amateur pumping about 10's of millions of ozs. Thank goodness they flashed that disclaimer oi
