Here is the link to the Dec 31, 2021 audited financial statements. Note the investment line item on the balance sheet (assets) = $12,661,418. This amount represents the fair value (estimated) of the initial 5M investment in the pref shares at Dec 31, 2021. Refer to note 5 in the notes to the consolidated F/S for the details.
