Windymayor ;Well Windymayor I think this is the first time we've had a disagreement. How about that ! Well , I disagree with you on this because , this is one reason there's a thing called debt or a line of credit. Which I think in a position like this ( $30.00mcf ) it would be completely justified . The faster we can get this stuff on line the better. Hell , hire 2 more ! Look at it this way , if you can Barrow at 5% interest but your earning 30% in dividends, I think it's a no-brainer. Need I say any more.
