The fraud artist took over a triving company back in 2013 with MC valuation of 700 million and drove it down to its current 30 million valuation while accumulating millions in executive compensations.  When Exn shareholders invested in the company over the years, the sharlatan - in -chief with zero skin in the game managed to multiply his personal fortune by investing in TSE financial companies and Toronto real estate.

Now the "de-risked" former CEO sheister has the audacity to sit on the BOD and 'advise' ?!  What a piece of ****
