RE:RE:Credit Suisse on the RopesThanks for this post. I have much more faith in posters who don't have "10,000 likes" because you know those people are nutcases.
I basically agree with all of your logic here and also believe that Canada will suffer a lot less than other countries who have such disastrous balance sheets.
Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal will all suffer some value loss regarding property although so much "scared" money is flowing into Canada now that it will have to land somewhere. So yes, some pullback but relatively minor.
Well, I guess we saw today just how much influence Joe Biden has on Saudi Arabia. How naive we are in the West to think that this country is our ally. Like Russia it is a traditional society that despises the West's woke culture and who can blame them? What fools we made of ourselves when we let a deranged teenager (who never finished high school) tell us that she wanted to curtail coal and oil production. Only idiots would have paid any attention to her but I guess that's British politics for you.
The real OPEC cut today is less than a million barrels because they can no longer meet their quotas. It will be a very interesting Winter as reality finally hits home in a Western World gone mad with wokesters.
