Its Pouce Coupe Gas Plant, which is licensed to process up to 340 million cubic feet per day (MMcf/d) of natural gas, is located in the heart of the Corporation's Montney/Doig Resource Play.

RE:RE:SEDI Filing Confirmation - Pref Shares Series A RedeemedSorry if I am sounding hard on those who sold BIR short but the proceeds
of those short sales belongs to those that bought in at higher prices. The company
is well managed and should be debt free any day now and the prospects going
foward are excellent.

I really thought the shorters were holders of the some of the preferred shares
and would have converted thier preferred shares to cover thier common share
short position. It seems now that they are just run of the mill oppourtunists that blindlly
short companies that are doing very well just because the share price 
has gone up a lot in the past year. That practice is very risky and morally
questionable IMO. The right thing for them to do now is return that money from
those short sales.
