RE:RE:Have no doubt RCF made a serious boo boo here

Totally agree JB.
Whar crossed my mind is the fact that we retails have kept this thing going for the last 22+ Years to the tune of $150,000,000. And just when it looked like we might have a faint hope of being compensated they pull the rug out from under us.
If the board of new managers are this cut throat, and RCF gets total control, then the indigenous bands   Don't stand a chance.

vulture capitalists.

another thing that crossed my mind. Once the retails, as we call ourselves, are out of the way, and RCF has 100% of the property, and whatever else they own in NFLD, and Canterra, they could build a strong case for being compensated for the $150 million of shareholder money that WE invested and all the money from RCF due to regulatory delays caused by the MV which led to the company becoming insolvent. Court case against the gov 's.

A strong case I say.

We all need to vote against this. They need 67% to ratify it. They only have Around 54% so we need to stop it short of 67%.

We might lose it all. But we have a chance if NBDB buys our shares I think.

good luck people.
