Whether this can or will be accomplished is an interesting question.

If the latest batch of drill results are "as good as was alluded to" -- it may be logical that they are being held until the packaging/distribution of newco is completed.

News of high grade lithium would surely get newco off to a quick start.

You probably already know all the above......................
