This morning’s contract is a positive development.

The USA west and south again is involved. Whether this is a matter of historical contact development or state government coverage of RHT’s medical area I do not know. Locating sales persons in eastern areas may be a matter of costs which hoped for revenues may allow expansion of the sales team. There was at least one contract announced months ago in New York state, but further expansion in the east would be a significant event.
