It's what the CEO wants and has been transparent in stating.
Why would we assume that pennymaker is more enlightened than the CEO?

It would be a ton of shares with the current price. Rollback? then list on TSX then do the PP ? That's still a long ways off. There is still a chance after testing they get taken over and all this is moot.
I did like the Seeking alpha it really laid out all the pro's and cons of the stock.
