Did you ever consider the possibility that the liabilities were greater than the "benefits" of the proposed work program and that it did not meet their business objectives?
Again, I reiterate "commercial and operational issues".

I'm not stating this as fact, but merely highlighting a possibility.

But, having said that, what I see here is that the actions of SGE re-engaging SNV once again adds value to SNV's stake in the PSC.

Pay us to go away or sign and get on with it!!!!
