This type of torch has been teste in Sweden (Research Paper in the Google search) already.  It passed the test there and no issue.

Torch has been tested (FAT) in Montreal in front of customer A or Vale.  It passed the test and no issue.

SAT will be no issue in Brazil (Vale).  Maybe the installer from Pryo was busy partying in Brazil with nice local girl.

I have done this type of large eqipment and never had an issue of FAT/SAT.
