As I pointed out earlier, the USA Federal and State governments aren't going to use tax payer money to fund a private company with legal issues. No ploitcian will sign endorse this for polictical reasons.

WMG CEO needs to measure the optics of the situation the company is in under his rein. Rule #10 - Continulously measure the optics in order to manage the company's business objectives and achieve your career goals. The optics being people's perceptions whether their right or wrong.

If they don't resolve this quickly, the owners of the PP shares may file a lawsuit and contact SEC, BCSC, FINTRAC, RCMP Div 6 and External Affairs.

My advice to the recipents of PP share proceeds, DONATE some money to the save the WMG fund because the gearhead Sever has WMG by the short and curlies. Read the previous paragraph again.

Time to open a beer and eat popcorn.
