RE:RE:RE:RE:Majority of the minority is a requirement.I find your post a bit confusing. RCF is in for more than purchase price. Your post suggests that a .0325 buyout will result in a loss if RCF is in at .25. Please clarify. I don't know where this will end but I am no longer interested in a stressed position. I will sell my 200k shares at a $500 loss to free up money to invest in something more stable. This company may no longer exist in the near future. I calculated that a winter road would cost around 20 million. 170 Km's. The permits are meaningless without money to carry this project to completion. Markets are sour now on gold and silver. In the near future I see that changing rather dramatically but, I have no faith in management to navigate this sinking ship to safe harbor. I will take my loss and move on.
