Corazon Mining Limited is an Australia-based mineral resource and exploration company. The Company is an explorer advancing the Lynn Lake Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Sulfide Project in Manitoba, Canada, as well as the Mt Gilmore cobalt-copper-gold (Mt Gilmore) and Miriam nickel Sulfide projects (Miriam) in Australia. The Lynn Lake Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Sulfide Project is a significant Class-1 nickel resource. The Mt Gilmore Project is located 35 kilometers from the city of Grafton in north-eastern New South Wales. The Company owns an 80% interest in Mt Gilmore. Mt Gilmore is focused on multiple rare, cobalt-rich sulfide deposits, similar to Cobalt Ridge. RE:RE:RE:RE:Majority of the minority is a requirement.I doubt the .25 ACB for RCF and I think they would consider an offer in the 7 cent area.

They are not mine builders, they are investors and 7 cents plus repayment of the loans leaves them with cash to invest in other mining ventures.

Full and frank disclosure will be demanded by the Regulators who I think smell an opportunistic Fund with a new mine developer in the back pocket. The absence of an earlier PR indicating project availability or engaging M&A advisors and bid a few days after permit completion will impede the Circular process.

I will say this, the $US 11 million loan will keep the project going until the new Feasibility study is completed. I thank RCF for the funds but bankruptcy and the resultant auction process could be a disaster for RCF if a competing bid wins leaving RCF more out of pocket.
