Where does it say that the completion of the RR is tied to anything. Please show me where? The only thing that is conditional, as noted in the MOU, is SGEs stake in SNV in exchange SNV increase stake in Selat Panjang. Understanding that the sequence of events is SGE stake in SNV first then etc.


 

Ark has the report been started?  Who is doing it now?  The report is tied to the JOA as confined by Sonoro to me unless you know something different
