CFO appointment

CFO appointmentIs it me but CMMC announced the appointment of Letitia Wong as CFO at 3 AM a few hours before the Eva news. It looks they wanted to silence the CFO nomination. I understand Letitia Wong is not a top gun but come on. Not impressed. Does anyone could make sense of why announcing at 3 am the nomination of a crucial company officer?
