The Master Plan has not expired. The City Engineer/Planning Director has the legal and discretionary authority to extend the time to file our PDP, which he has done. The statement by Shneps that the MDP has expired is patently false. He makes two false claims: 1) he reads only one section of the City code and omits the statuatory authority of the Planning Director to use discretion to extend time; and 2) he does not have any involvement with the extensive day to day dealing between Sage Ranch, our engineers and the City staff.
Shneps fails to disclose the City has initiated the process to annex Sage Ranch to the CFD (Community Facilities District). The CFD is employed to provide long term funding for Police and road maintenance services. No City would ever proceed to annex a project to a CFD if the project had expired.
There is no slow down of any sale. My job is to get GRB shareholders as close to USD $181 million net. Putting together all the pieces to do that is my daily chore. I am certainly not giving away for public consumption my day to day actions nor my strategy and tactics.
Shneps is a vile, wretched and disturbed man. Intelligence says he is about 56/57 years old and living off of family investments, which like anyone else born a silver spoon guy like shneps, his investment prowess is defective and not as good as the focused and hard working ethics of his older generation. Like any generational family, all goes to trash by the third generation.
