I've never BEEN INVOLVED IN a spinout THAT TOOK 2 years... Most have BEEN UNDER 2 MONTHS... SO WHAT HAS TUD FILED OR DONE WRONG THAT THE REGULATORS DIDN'T LIKE? .... DEC SPINOUT CANCELLATION DATE IS COMING FAST.... NO COMPANY NEWS USUALLY MEANS BAD NEWS...... BUT THEN IT COULD JUST BE IN INCOMPETENT LAWYERS AND OR ACCOUNTANTS DOMAINS AND NOT IN TUD's MANAGEMENT..... HMMMMM
