We are seeking a highly analytical and methodical Financial Planning and Analysis Manager who is eager to work closely with the entire executive and operations management team.
 
Reporting to the President of Finance, the successful candidate will play a key role in formulating and implementing the company's financial and strategic plans, fiscal budget, and forecasts. This position is responsible for financial planning and analytical support to drive business insights and growth. This role also provides management information through monthly and quarterly business performance reporting and analysis.
 
Responsibilities
 
The FP&A Manager performs a wide range of duties that may include, but are not limited to:
  • Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long-term financial and strategic plan
  • Work with department heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts
  • Provide budget vs. actual analysis working tightly within the finance team
