RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Last NRYES, we are back to 3 years ago.
(Ark denies it simply because he is pumping to protect his own invevstment - practically in his own words. It's 'beyond comprehension' to me why anybody would expect Ark or any of the other loyal SNV defenders to add any objective insight to this board.)
Actually things are worse than 3 years ago. In the meantime, there has been no substantive progress, 3 years of pain, and no end in sight. The mysterious "issues" blocking progress have still not been revealed, so we just have to guess at what they are. What we do know is that those "issues" have not gone away, MOU or not. Management's credibility has gone to zero by its repeated failure to deliver explicit or implied promises. Instead of analyzing every word of a press release (drafted by one party to serve management's interests ONLY), people should analyze management's track record - the best predictor of future success. 3 years ago there was reason for optimism, now there is almost none. Now SNV is rapidly running out of options to stay alive.
It's now more clear than ever that the 'partner' does not want SNV to succeed, and they can make sure it doesn't. In my opinion, the meeting and MOU were most likely just a head fake by SGE to show the government that they intend to move forward. Now back to strangling SNV until it stops breathing.
Those are the reasons whey 3 years ago I was investing, now I am not.
This so-called 'stand-off' is exactly what terminally ill penny stocks most often go through. Selling is limited because the delusional dreamers refuse to give up hope. Some of them even throw good money after bad when they can. But the broader market has written off the stock, and stopped caring. Watch for the next 'stand-off' at 3 cents, then half a cent. As if there are no examples out there.
Funny how even some of the pumpers who were calling SNV a one-way bet have reverted to calling it a 'lottery ticket'. That's a pretty major change in the odds of success, isn't it? I am shopping elsewhere for my next lottery ticket.
