Interesting point "obvious somebody has the company". If isn't Sever's lawsuit and $70M has been written down, perhaps WMG is being audited by CRA and MNR. MNR was hiring data analysts and scientists two years to work with other international groups in auditing the financials of extraction companies. Perhaps WMG is being audited given $70M was written down -> big red flag for a penny stock.

Perhaps its both an audit and lawsuit.
