This company cant have long left before they get delisted

This company cant have long left before they get delistedAs of June 30th they had only $36K in Cash but $250 in accounts payable - they were running on fumes 3 months ago!! and have been completely inactive since and barely trading and their last PP attempt at 5 cents was a dismal failure and now ask is $0.035 and still not trading!?!?! 

... it don't get much more dead than that.
