If I remember correctly, they made an offer to purchase the 50% of Prime that they do not own - who knows, there may be ongoing discussions.
Troubling as Kenya may have been - a hallmark of frontier production - virtually everything they have today stems from the use of cash generated by selling half their stake in Kenya. And it seems more likely than not that a partner will emerge in the next 3 - 6 months to start Kenya on the road to production.
