Hey, Anyone Can Make A Mistake?

Hey, Anyone Can Make A Mistake?Look, I said that the SPR salt caverns may be getting decay on the walls of the upper portions of the caves due to repeated draining an refilling over the last 29+ years, but HighOctane pointed out that any decay would be at the lower levels, because, HELLO! Oil floats on water! So my personal position on this is that I was standing on my head while I was writing the post! So this guy now called "smallcapper" is ok because when he predicted that the price of a thing (oil) is going to be going down, really, like me, he was just kinda upsidedown, so, he's right!....OR NOT??
