When are we going to see the up coming debenture loan paid for with warrants for purchasing stock shares at todays prices after the shares reverse split????? Will it be 5 to 1, or 6 to 1 only time will tell. Big debt obligations come due in November. What a laugh!!!! A publicly listed company that "FORGOT" to file accounting. Let me think how long have they been in business
