RE:News from our Spanish partner
In Dec 2021, Endesa SA announced that the Son Orlandis PV farm in the Mallorcan municipality of Palma will be a 3.34MWp facility of which Phase 1 will see the solar capacity installed, while Phase 2 will consist of the installation of a 1.1MW / 5.5MWh VRFB energy storage system by LCE. Endesa also estimated Phase 1 to be commissioned during the first half of 2022. However the commission of the first phase was delayed until early Oct 2022. And Largo now expects the installation of its 1.1MW / 5.5MWh VRFB to be completed in Q1 2023 instead of Q4 2022 as previously planned.
