Talked to my broker TDAmeritrade about the ADR charges

First off i get charged $12.00 every month for owning JRVMF in my account [ no difference if i have 1 share or a million shares of JRVMF !! My Grandkids also have JVRMF and less than 10,000 shares and are charged $12.00 a month.
Second when i trade i get charged 44 dollars + $6.95 per trade = $50.95 per trade if i'm buying plus other fees added on when is sell .

Me thinks TD is giving me the shaft . JMHO

Any one know how their brokers charges differently ?
